3. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe), a separate controller for card data, which is never sent to us. See Stripe’s policy.
4. What is public
The product, its stakes (amounts, countries, dates) and its ranking are public. Your email and IP address never are.
5. Processors and transfers
Site hosting, Stripe (payment), Google Fonts (typefaces), and the product sites themselves when their logo is shown (your browser loads it from their server, without sending the page address). Some are located in the USA; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability: write to [email protected] or use the Contact page. Accounting records must be kept despite an erasure request. You may complain to your local data-protection authority.
